Our privacy policy is simple: We don't like spam any more than you do therefore, we do not sell or release your e-mail address, credit card number or any other personal information to anyone. This information is only used to provide you with the items you request, period!

We may however use your information to:

Send periodic emails: The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information etc.

Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails that do not pertain specifically to order processing you may use the link at the bottom of transmissions, when available, or simply send us an email requesting such.

ID and GO makes every effort to preserve your privacy. However, when required by law we may need to disclose personal information wherein we have a belief that such an action is necessary to comply with local and federal law enforcement. This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our web site and not to information collected offline.

Currency:  All prices listed on the ID and GO web site are in US dollars. All transactions are processed in US dollars.

Return Policy:  While we strive to do-it-right the first time, we are human and have made a mistake sometime in our past. SO, upon receipt of your order, please inspect the items in your order. At that time, if for some reason, you decide not to keep your ID and GO Luggage Stickers you may return them for an in-store-credit. However, once you have peeled one of the stickers from the backing, the order is yours to keep. We do not accept orders back when a sticker has been removed from the backing. Return shipping is your (the customer) responsibility. We reserve the right to resell any returned item, customized or not customized.

To return an order:
  1. Contact us for an RMA number
  2. Place all items of the order into a mailer.
  3. Please include a short note with:

    a. Your name
    b. Your address
    c. Your phone number
    d. Why you are returning the product

  4. Address the envelope to:

  1. Write the RMA number on the back of the envelope
  2. Upon receipt and inspection we determine if in-store-credit is applicable
  3. If in-store-credit is applicable we send you a gift card to use on a future purchase

Secure On-Line Transactions:  Your privacy and the security of your personal and credit card information are extremely important to us.

We use PayPal as our merchant services vendor.  You are routed to PayPal for the input of your credit card information.  ID and GO does not see nor can we get to your credit card infomation. Once PayPal has your infomation, they return you to the ID and GO website.

Your Consent: By using the ID and Go web site, you consent to our privacy policy and terms and conditions.

Use of Cookies: We use cookies (small file that is sent to your computer) to personalize your experience and keep track of your shopping cart through the checkout process. The cookies are used for this site only and are not used for any other purpose.

ID and Go Luggage Accessories, LLC takes online privacy very seriously. We actively protect the privacy of users of the Web sites.

Names & Email Addresses -- ID and Go holds the names and email addresses of our customers in the strictest confidence, and we do not disclose specific customer information under any circumstances, unless we are required to do so by law. ID and Go customer databases can be accessed by only a few select members of the ID and GO staff, and are well protected against theft, tampering, and misuse (electronic or otherwise).

Aggregate information about ID and Go customers (such as the total number of customers and/or country of origin) may be discussed in ID and GO publications, used to promote ID and GO, or disclosed to sponsors or advertisers. No personally identifiable information is included in such releases.

In the event that ID and GO Luggage Accessories, LLC is acquired by another company it is necessary for us to transfer your personal information to that company so that they may continue to service your warranty needs. If such an offer were to be made, ID and GO would endeavor to ensure that the new owners have the same respect for your privacy that we do.

Uploaded Images -- If you upload an image to our web site for the purpose of creating your own luggage sticker, that picture is stored on our web server in a directory that is accessible to the public for a short period of time while your order is being processed. It is possible that someone may see that image while it is stored on our server. If you do not want your image stored in a public directory on our server while your order is being processed, please contact us and arrange to submit your photo via email.

Purchases of ID and GO Luggage Stickers -- Orders for ID and GO merchandise are handled internally by ID and GO Luggage Accessories, LLC. To process your order ID and GO collects information including your name, postal address, and credit card number. Use of that information is limited to processing your order, and any warranty claims that may arise from that order.

Security -- ID and GO has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and/or alteration of the information under our control. We have firewalls set up for both our Web Server and Internal Network.

Web Server Usage -- ID and GO records information about how people access our Web sites. This information includes your IP address (or the DNS name associated with it) and what Web software you're using. Unless your IP address or its DNS name identifies you specifically there's no way to use this connection information to identify a particular user.

Editorial Mail -- Email messages sent to ID and GO public addresses are considered public statements and become the property of ID and GO Luggage Accessories, LLC. Unless noted otherwise in the message itself, ID and GO may publish such messages in whole or in part on ID and GO Web sites and/or in ID and GO publications. ID and GO honors any request not to publish a message, or not to publish the correspondent's name or email address.

Surveys -- ID and GO may ask readers and/or Web site users to participate in surveys. In all cases, participation is voluntary. If a survey asks for personal information, answering those questions is optional. Any personal information collected as part of a survey is treated as outlined above.

Terms of Sale

By ordering from this web site you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the terms of Sale outlined on this page.

Please provide us with your e-mail address and phone number so that we may contact you if we have questions about your order. It is our policy to print your luggage stickers as they were ordered, but occasionally we see obvious errors and would like to correct them. We can only do that if you give us an e-mail address and phone number that is valid.

Please ensure that you have given us your correct postal shipping address. We ship to PO Boxes and physical street addresses. We do NOT ship to "General Delivery" addresses, or to the address of a hotel or motel that you may be a guest in. If your order is returned to us we notify you of its return and ask you to verify your shipping address. If the address you gave us at time of order is incorrect we charge you for shipping in an amount equal to what was charged on your original order to resend your stickers to you.

ID and GO Luggage Accessories, LLC does NOT ship to Afghanistan, Columbia, Cuba, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Nigeria, North Korea, Sudan, Syria or any other country to which the United States has embargoed goods; or any organization or company on the United States Commerce Department's Denied Parties List.

ID and GO Luggage Accessories, LLC does not knowingly sell its products to anyone for the purpose of misrepresenting themselves, or attempting to identify themselves as someone, or something, that we know they are not. replaces your luggage stickers, if defective. If your payment is dishonored or returned for any reason, electronically debits your account for the amount of purchase plus a processing fee of $25.00 (or legal limit), plus any applicable sales tax.
