1. How do I apply an IDandGo luggage sticker?
Lay the sticker on your bag to find the location that suits you. Gently peel the backing from the sticker. Place the sticker in your pre-determined location.
2. How long will they last?
IDandGo decals are designed for one trip. Normal luggage handling techniques scuff the decals. However, even when you see that scuffed decal on your bag as it goes around the carousel, you will say to yourself, “I See My Bag!”
3. When can I expect to receive my IDandGo decal after I complete my order?
Since we cannot predict when our processing machines may breakdown, please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. Typically we turn an order around in under 2 weeks.
4. Will they work on fabric bags?
Yes! IDandGo stickers adhere to soft sided bags. We have tried several types of media and adhesive and have found that our current media works the best.
5. Are they American made?
Yes! Our manufacturer and IDandGo are located in Mesa, AZ.
6. Can I reuse the sticker?
No is the practical answer! Yes, you can peel the sticker off and put it on another bag or reposition it on the current bag. However, it will not stick as well after the move. It tends to roll up easier or start to peel. We recommend you put it in one place and leave it there until you want to replace it.
7. Does the decal leave a residue?
I have found that if you remove the sticker after the trip, no residue is present. The longer the sticker is left on the bag the chances of residue when the sticker is removed increases. I removed a sticker that left a residue. I removed the residue with rubbing alcohol and a paper towel.
8. How do I remove a decal?
Gently peel the decal form the bag. We have found that by using a hair dryer to blow hot air on the decal, the adhesive releases better.
9. Do you do promotions/volume sales?
10. Do you do fundraisers?
11 What is your return policy?

12. Do you accept checks and snail-mail orders?

22. Why can't IDandGo.com use photos taken of the Eiffel Tower at night?
23. You menitioned that IDandGo Luggage Accessories, LLC is BNI friendly. What is BNI?
Eiffel Tower lighting is copyrighted, so any pictures taken at night after 2003 are copyrighted by the SNTE, the company charged with maintaining the tower.
We found this explanation at http://www.fastcompany.com/668174/eiffel-tower-repossessed
You need look no further than Mickey Mouse in the US, or Elvis in the UK, to understand how copyright, for better or worst, affects the marketplace. But while Disney resorted to legal means to get more life out Mickey, those that oversee the Eiffel Tower came up with something far more clever.
The Eiffel Tower's likeness had long since been part of the public domain, when in 2003, it was abruptly repossessed by the city of Paris. That's the year that the SNTE, the company charged with maintaining the tower, adorned it with a distinctive lighting display, copyrighted the design, and in one feel swoop, reclaimed the nighttime image and likeness of the most popular monument on earth. In short: they changed the actual likeness of the tower, and then copyrighted that.
As a result, it's no longer legal to publish current photographs of the Eiffel Tower at night without permission. Technically, this applies even to amateurs. When I spoke to the Director of Documentation for SNTE, Stéphane Dieu, via phone last week, he assured me that SNTE wasn't interested in prohibiting the publication of amateur photography on personal Web sites. "It is really just a way to manage commercial use of the image, so that it isn't used in ways we don't approve," said Mr. Dieu.
So while publishing nighttime photos of the Eiffel Tower may now be illegal, it isn't all bad news for tourists; SNTE profits go back to the city of Paris, making it, hopefully, an even nicer place to visit.
